The Food Truck Trend Comes To Tulsa!

Tonight I attended the opening for what is sure to be an exciting time for Tulsa foodies and chefs alike.

@GrubTruckTulsa had its soft opening tonight at 6th and Quincy.

After a minor technical glitch (That’s why you have soft openings) The Kitchen was open for business.
I ordered the Blackened Tilapia and the Sweet Potato Fries. Both were so delicious that I ordered the same to take to my mom. She absolutely loved the Tilapia and the carrots and zucchini salad on top.

The burgers and fish and chips were a big hit with others in the crowd.

While the menu changes often, take a look at their menu online. http://www.grubtrucktulsa.com/

Prices are reasonable and the portions are pretty standard for Food Truck Food.
They accept cash and credit cards via SquareUp.

Follow them on Twitter @GrubTruckTulsa

I really enjoyed meeting owner and chef,  Mitch Neely.

Gourmet food trucks in cities like Los Angeles, New York City, Austin, and San Francisco have gained fans willing to line up for hours to get a taste of their mobile culinary creations.  I look forward to seeing the community embrace Mitch and the other Food Truck owners with the same excitement and support.
